Can you tell me more about why you have stayed in the same role for such a long time?

VP Recruitment Marketing Clinch
I have stayed at the same company for many years due to the variety and role changes I have had. In the time I have worked for the organization I have had a change in role nearly every 2 years or so which has created both opportunity for growth and engagement

I loved this role at PageUp. Clients come and go. Each new implementation brings with it a new series of problems to solve; a new set of people to meet and win over; a new raving fan to secure.
This motivates me to stay in my role. They have made such an investment in us. I want them to love the software they use.

I've had a few roles in my 4.5 years at PageUp, all with similar aspects (being client-facing) but slight differences. I love the clients that I've worked with, I often get to know them really well through the course of an implementation or through ongoing account meetings and that makes the day-to-day role enjoyable. Each client and implementation is unique, so I'm always learning and challenged in different ways. It's really rewarding to help a client achieve their goals and see that they really value the PageUp software and the help that I can provide.
All of this, and the wonderful people I work with, keeps me coming back every day!
