We have 3 steps in our standard interview process for developers
1. Coding challenge
2. Technical interview
3. Pairing
Pairing is pretty interesting because we try our best to simulate a real working environment. It's a chance for the candidate to experience what it would be like working in PageUp so that they can assess for themselves if it's the right fit.
The timing of the interviews is subject to the availability of the candidate and interviewers, but we try our best to make it as efficient as possible.

Upon reviewing your application the Talent Acquisition Consultant will organise an initial discussion to assess your suitability and tell you more about PageUp and the role.
The next stage would be a code assessment, followed by a technical & whiteboarding session then a final interactive paring session so you can work closely with one of our leaders.
