As a boomerang-er to the PageUp group, I was truly able to appreciate the unique culture we have - and how much I missed it when I first left! Anyone is happy to help, at any time. There is no hint of 'that's not my job'. If you need help, reach out and ask. And I guarantee, that person will come back and do everything they can to help you in what you need. It's something you can easily take for granted when you have it, but you certainly value it in hindsight when it's gone!
