Support Team Lead
In the Knowledge team, there is a lot of communication between everyone from discussing tickets to going out for team lunches to catch up. We communicate, every day on Slack or in person in the office. The team is always happy to assist each other to troubleshoot a ticket or with a question/query. Due to seeing a range of tickets and supporting our clients, we have a good relationship with the wider teams to work together to support each other when required or just catching up with them in the office.
