In my role, with overseeing Support and Technical Integrations, there is never a typical day. It varies based on the needs of my team. I'm here to be a resource to ensure our customers are getting the best service possible.
I do always start my day with a touch-point with our teams to discuss what was a highlight from the day before, our focus today, and any help needed. These touch-points are great with a remote team.
I will usually have a few other internal calls throughout the day and am working on a few customer projects right now, so am also meeting with customers. The rest of the day is spent working through emails, tickets and assisting my team.
