Senior Client Success Manager
There are plenty of opportunities to learn from your peers, and personally I have experienced this a great deal in my time in the company. When I first joined, I was fresh out of university, so whilst there was training provided along the way, I think a lot of the learning that I did was also quite passive - everything I was experiencing and witnessing about life in a business was likely for the first time so I was always learning from more senior employees.
We have a very open hierarchy amongst the PageUp group, so even the most senior employees remain very approachable. It's likely that you'll deal with at least the Heads of Department, if not members of the Leadership Team, on a regular basis. For example, being based in Europe, my team and I have bi-weekly calls with our GM for Europe to discuss the clients that I look after. I also used to be in the same office as one of our co-founders of the Employee Connections product, so would regularly be able to ask him for advice and share ideas in an informal setting. This setup has definitely helped with my learning and development and has given me a lot of confidence and business knowledge that you might not have in a more hierarchical, formal setting.
Now that I have been here for nearly five years, it's really nice that I now feel that I also have the opportunity to share things I've learned with people who newly join too.
