What do you live about your job and the company?

Whilst building new features and maintaining the product, I will always use multiple technologies to achieve the desired result. Doing this helps me build a more diverse skillset which I can then utilise in future projects. These technologies are a mixture of server-side and client-side technologies.

I was nominated for the CEO “Values” Award Nominations Quarter 1, FY23.

If a different business function or role type interests you, don't be afraid to jump in and learn more about it and see if maybe you have the right transferrable skills to give it a shot! HR is never boring because every person is unique. No two days are the same in my role and the variety keeps me motivated. Most of the time you can never plan for the conversations you have with employees so be open and be able to adapt depending on how the conversation goes. Be aware that a conversation or situation may not go down the path you envisaged, but be able to change your direction if needed otherwise you will get lost. There is usually no "one size fits all" approach to every situation so you need to be practical and think of the end goal and what is the best outcome in each scenario.
