I think the level of opportunity is really unique within PageUp; it's something I've seen again and again, for so many people, over the years.

I started my career with PageUp, and almost immediately I was given projects and tasks that had a real impact on my team and the company. Some new grads might find that daunting, but I was given just the right level of support. The freedom to try my hand at something new, but so many people, of all seniority levels, were there to answer my questions and give me constructive feedback whenever I needed. I don't think that level of trust, so freely given, is very evident in many workplaces. And the more I proved myself, the more opportunities were thrown my way. I was constantly challenged, and I thrived in that environment.

Fast forward a couple of years. I'd always wanted to live in another country, and once I voiced an interest, I was given the opportunity to move to the UK. Again, I was given the opportunity to really stretch myself, try something new, with the backing of the company, and I loved it.

After another couple of years, I thought it was time to stretch my wings outside the PageUp world and so I left. PageUp has a long tradition of "boomerang-ers", and I was told I'd be back... And five years later, here I am, back again. Ready for the new opportunities and growth that I know PageUp will give me, as that's what I was given at the start of my career.

This is my personal story, but I've seen that same thing for so many colleagues - whether they are PageUp lifers, or "boomerang-ers" like me. PageUp has more than it's fair share of both!
