What does growth and development look like here?

For employees, growth and development at PageUp begins with the Induction Program. People Leaders are responsible for training employees in specialist skills relevant to their business units and roles via on-the-job, online and specific training programs. Any other training requirements are identified with each employee through their Development Plan.
We have enablement sessions for any technology we need to use in our roles, and also for product enhancements in accordance with relevance to our role. Keeping up to date with product enhancements is certainly relevant for my role as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant.
Furthermore, my manager frequently encourages me to raise any additional learning and development opportunities I am interested in.
