The biggest opportunities facing PreSales and Sales right now are around continuing to scale the business, deliver at a high level, and educate the APAC market on PageUp's innovative Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment Marketing technologies.
Research tell us that only 18% of Talent Teams have someone focussed on Talent Strategy in their team, and only 38% of Talent Teams believe they have the appropriate technology and tools to support their Talent Strategy.
Economic conditions being what they are, we have a tight talent market at present, hence we have many opportunities to lead the way and empower organisations to succeed with their Talent Strategies.
