Yes, there is a possibility of working flexibly in my role. The flexibility includes remote working from home, with our support team typically coming into the office two days a week. This helps us share knowledge on tickets and assist each other, as well as providing the opportunity to interact with other teams we collaborate with for ticket assistance when required. This adaptability allows me to effectively manage my time and responsibilities, ensuring that I can meet the needs of the users while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
