SVP Global Talent (Chief People Officer)
We are proud of a number of areas we focus on in this space.
We conduct annual gender pay gap analysis to ensure women - our most recent organizational wide gender pay gap for total remuneration was -0.2% which is in favour of women.
We have always offered workplace flexibility across the business not only for our women, but also our men to ensure they all feel comfortable to be able to work and support their families.
We provide paid parental leave with primary caregivers receiving 14 weeks paid leave and secondary caregivers receiving 6 weeks paid leave that can be taken across the first 12 months. This is a gender neutral policy that supports all our employees. We also provide an additional 6 months of superannuation / pension payments for our primary caregivers.
We conduct quarterly talent reviews where we discuss and review every person in the organization including current performance as well as career development opportunities. This is a very targeted and intensive process which we have found invaluable in identifying and developing not only our women, but for all.
We have two great new leadership programs being launched this year which further support women’s career development and in addition, we continue to focus on establishing coaching and mentoring arrangements for women at various stages of their careers.
