Since joining PageUp I have always felt like my career progression was important to my manager. I have scheduled regular check ins with my manager and discussion around my goals and progress every week. When my company was acquired by PageUp in 2020 there were obviously changes to my role, but with the help of PageUp and my manager, I was able to progress my career in the direction I wanted and do more of the tasks I enjoyed and had experience in. I also expressed an interest in UX research and was able to assist the UX team with interviewing clients.
As our office grows and my role continues to evolve I am in constant communication with my manager and feel involved in shaping my career direction.

Implementations Project Manager
Since I joined PageUp in 2018, many opportunities have been presented to me based on the career path I want to take and what skills I want to focus on developing.
I've had different people leaders throughout my time with PageUp, but I've always met with them on a weekly basis, where we discuss the technical and consulting skills I want to develop. In addition to that, we chat about what opportunities are available so that there are concrete actions I can take to achieve my goals.
Travelling as part of my career has always been a priority for me, and with PageUp I've worked in Australia, United States and now live in the United Kingdom.
I discussed building up my project management and technical skills, and have now worked solo as the lead on multiple integration projects.
During these great opportunities, I've always had the support of my people leader and teammates and felt comfortable to reach out for help when I need some back-up.
