For me, I have regular meetings with my team leads to discuss my career progress, and we work together to help make a plan that best suits me
There are also opportunities to move around teams, to make sure people are developing the skills that they need. I've been able to work with people from many different teams, as well as try out different things that allow me to both develop and showcase my skills.
