Our typical day begins with standups. We use what would best be described as a hybrid of scrum and kanban, and we talk about cards that we've worked on the previous day, new cards we'll work on, challenges, etc.

- Since we are following a flexi schedule, we don't have a specific time to start our day.
- Our teams conduct agile ceremonies, one of which is the daily stand up meetings. After which, we just tap on one another asynchronously via chat or synchronously when necessary.
- We often do pair/mob programming sessions especially when one member needs to be unblocked on their task. We sometimes use it as a form of knowledge sharing as well :D
- The remaining stuff are the typical ones: pull requests, ticket updates, documentation, etc.

After that a big chunk of the mid day is what we'd like to call our "Product development flow time", where most of the developers will be focused on their stories. This might vary, as some devs (especially more senior ones) with more responsibilities might have more meetings in between.

Afternoons are where some catch-ups and social times are set, but again this will vary.

I tend to start early and end early to maximize the overlap with the AU counterparts (and because it matches my own responsibilities at home). Got to make sure I'm free for our afternoon walks with my sons :)
