In all honesty we don't make a point of treating those within the LGBTQIA+ community any differently, nor would we treat someone differently based on a certain attribute/characteristic. The values embedded in our culture are around treating people equally and fairly and promoting an inclusive environment where people can bring their true selves to work.
Our quarterly engagement surveys reflect this and we consistently achieve high scores in the Inclusion & Diversity section - for example this quarter there was a 96% favourable score when employees were asked to rate "I can be my authentic self at work", and 92% for the statement "My company values diversity".
There are also of course DEI policies in place including a gender transition policy allowing additional support for individuals going through a transition phase which has been taken up a number of times already, it is amazing to see people benefiting from this and feeling supported.
