How was your onboarding experience?

The onboarding experience was atypical but very welcoming! In my case, I got invited to join a client event with the rest of the company a few days before my start date! It was an opportunity to meet with most of my team and other key members of the company in a social yet professional environment!!

The first few weeks were all about getting to know the team, learning about the product and start practicing the sales pitch! Some of the training was very structured, and some of it was informal.

Overall, I felt everyone was keen on helping me get started and making sure I had all I needed to be successful.
