Senior Technical Lead / Senior Principal Developer

Organization-wide, PageUp has a very active and very involved Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Council that provides resources, trainings and policies to educate every member. And with the Council's help, I think PageUp is well ahead of the competition with regards to women's career progression support.

On the day-to-day, I see that all career progression programs and opportunities such as leadership or technology are equally relevant to Women and Men. The systems in place make it intuitive and easy. Equal opportunity is something we measure our engagement score on every quarter so it's something we are continuously mindful of and improve on.
