I apologize for any confusion caused. As I am currently situated in the Philippines and not directly involved with our teams based in Europe, my expertise may be limited in addressing your inquiry. However, I would be glad to offer insights into our global initiatives and facilitate communication with a Europe-based colleague who can provide more specific information.

At PageUp, we place great importance on individual career progression plans, which are integral to every team member's professional growth. These plans are established during the onboarding process and regularly revisited during personalized 1-on-1 sessions with their respective people leaders. Each career progression plan is tailored by the team member in collaboration with their people leader and mentors.

To aid this process, we employ a framework known as "pathways," which serves as a guidance tool. These pathways are specific to different roles within our organization, such as developer roles, product roles, UX roles, and others. They function akin to scorecards, outlining the key milestones and skills required for advancement within each role. It is important to note that career progression plans are not limited to vertical advancement along a single pathway. In fact, there have been instances where team members have successfully transitioned to different business units or roles as part of their career progression journey.
