Can you tell me is there is a minimum years of experience to join the team as a developer?

Principal Developer
Thanks for the question Laura. That's tricky -- because we don't really look at your number of years. Our interview process is designed to assess at what point in the PageUp career ladder a person is -- and would recommend them to join us at that level. That means a particularly skilled person with only 1 or 2 years experience can join as a mid-level developer. Of course -- it also works both ways.

Are you concerned about your number of years experience?

No I'm just a graduate, so wondered.

Do you employ graduates?

Ken U.
Senior Technical Lead / Senior Principal Developer
We haven't... yet :)
Not because of the lack of opportunities but mainly because we lacked strong confidence that we could provide the right onboarding environment for graduates. But I think that as the team grew and we've matured our process, this could be a possibility in the very near future. Just my own thoughts because I think graduates provide that innovative appetite that we can all benefit from.
