Started all over the place Now focussing towards the IT

As with everyone, my career journey started all over the place. I had several different jobs that were not related in any way. I have now decided I want to focus on the IT side of things, whether that being development or infrastructure. eArcu is a great place to help with your development, whatever your goals are.

Being a Knowledge Team member means we help our clients with any issues they may have. This may be technical issues, or even helping them with solutions to improve their processes.

Day-to-day there are is a lot of variety in the role. There are all kinds of different things that need to be resolved, and my voice is also heard around the business when it comes to suggesting ways we can improve how we work.

This one's quite self-explanatory, but I'd like to go into a bit more detail. As we spend most our lives at work, it's important to find a job we enjoy. This doesn't just include the work, but it also includes the people, the culture of the company, and also perks are important. If you find yourself dreading going into work everyday, you are probably in the wrong job!
