What's the biggest challenge that you face in your role and how do you overcome it?

The biggest challenge would have to be working on many different projects simultaneously. It can be hard to constantly switch focus and deal with varying client issues and design requests.
I find the best way to overcome this challenge is being organised. I will usually make a list of all tasks I have to complete in a day or a week and divide my time based on the priority of each task. This helps keep me focused on what is important and avoid constant context switching.
There may be additional high priority things that pop up unexpectedly, but I find that if I plan my week efficiently I can usually make room for these also.
