Prioritisation and scheduling are particularly important to ensure that I'm aligning my time to overall goals and our strategy on the most important growth opportunities and partners.
I utilise scheduling capabilities in our Google G-Suite to define working availability to allow coverage of US, Australia and European timezones on several days of the week making it easy for partners in other regions to self schedule into my availability and I leverage PageUp's flexible working arrangements to accomodate those additional timezones while also reserving important time for my family with a healthy work-life balance.
