PageUp set the stage for my success right from the beginning by sending me to their Melbourne office for an immersive three-month program. It was truly a standout experience that not only provided me with the essential technical skills for my daily work but also enriched my understanding of the social and cultural aspects. The connections and camaraderie I developed during those three months continue to benefit me today.

What made my onboarding experience even more exceptional was its tailor-made approach, specifically designed to suit my role and learning style. Collaborating closely with my people leader and onboarding buddy, I had the autonomy to personalize my onboarding journey for maximum effectiveness. This involved expanding the range of topics, leveraging additional resources, and adjusting our strategies and timelines.

All in all, it remains the most remarkable and unforgettable onboarding experience I've ever had. In turn, I strive to pay it forward by offering a similarly exceptional experience to any new team member, as I believe in the power of providing such support.
